Sales Referral Service

As part of our service to help people buy a yacht, we will refer your details to a yacht broker who can assist you further.

However, you are under no obligation to proceed with a purchase of any yacht that they may present to you - you are also under no obligation to appoint them as your buyer broker to act on your behalf.

Any contract you enter into with a broker that has been introduced to you by LuxuryYachts.com is entirely at your own risk.

Yacht Listing Referral Service

As part of our service to help people sell a yacht, we will advertise the services of yacht brokerages and provide a form for you to contact them - however, you are under no obligation to list your yacht for sale with any of the brokerages featured on our website.

If you decide to list your yacht with a brokerage that has been introduced to you by LuxuryYachts.com, any contract you enter into is your responsibility and entirely at your own risk

Charter Referral Service

As part of our service to help people charter a yacht, we will refer your details to a yacht broker who can assist you further.

However, you are under no obligation to proceed with the charter of any yacht that they may present to you.

Any contract you enter into with a charter broker that has been introduced to you by LuxuryYachts.com is entirely at your own risk.

Referral Fees

LuxuryYachts.com charges no fees to visitors for the use of its website - it receives a fee from yacht brokerages for any referrals we send that buy, sell or charter a yacht.

The fee payable by the yacht brokerage is taken out of the normal commission charges it receives - there is no additional cost to you, the client.

Any details of companies involved in the yachting industry published on this website will have been provided by the company itself - LuxuryYachts.com is not responsible for any errors or omissions in these details, or any costs incurred as a result of these errors or omissions.
